How to order staff uniforms in Dubai: a practical checklist
Ordering uniforms for a team is mostly a matter of preparation. Here is the checklist we walk every new client through at our Deira showroom.
1. Know your headcount and roles
Count staff per role, not just in total. A restaurant might need chef whites, front-of-house shirts and housekeeping wear in different quantities. Note that our minimum order is 50 pieces, which includes free logo printing.
2. Gather sizes, or let us measure
Generic size charts cause most uniform complaints. If your team can visit, we measure by hand; otherwise we send sample sizes so each person can confirm their fit before production.
3. Choose fabric for the job, not the catalogue photo
Housekeeping and clinical wear should prioritise easy-care weaves; security and site crews need heavier twills; front-of-house can carry finer cottons. With 3,000+ fabrics in the library, we narrow this down quickly once we know the role and working conditions.
4. Bring your logo as a vector file
Embroidery and printing both reproduce best from vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF). Send it with your brand colours and we match thread or ink to your palette across fourteen stock colours, or dye to order.
5. Agree the timeline up front
Standard team orders are scheduled around your start date, and express pieces can be turned around within 24 hours. Build in time for one fitting round on first orders — repeat orders skip straight to production.
Ready to start? Send your headcount, sector and logo on WhatsApp and we will reply with fabric options and a quote, usually within the hour.
