School uniforms for the new UAE academic year: order timeline for schools

The Ministry of Education has confirmed that the 2026–2027 academic year starts on 31 August 2026. If your school, nursery or academy is reordering uniforms or launching a new design, here is the timeline we recommend, working back from day one.

Six weeks out: confirm the design and fabric

Lock the design, colours and crest artwork now. Bring your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) — embroidery and printing both reproduce best from vectors, and we match thread or ink across fourteen stock colours or dye to order. For PE kits and team sportswear, full-colour sublimation keeps house colours bright wash after wash.

Four to five weeks out: sizing

Generic size charts cause most uniform complaints. We produce sample sizes per garment so students can try before the batch is cut, or measure at the showroom for smaller cohorts. Collect sizes per student, per garment — not just totals.

Three weeks out: production

Once sizes are confirmed, pieces are cut, stitched and embroidered in our own Deira workshop. Orders are packed per student, which saves the school office a sorting job on delivery day.

Final week: top-ups

Late enrolments always happen. Because production is in-house, express pieces can be turned around within 24 hours, and repeat top-up batches skip the sampling stage entirely.
